The KPMG Internship programme is for applicants who wish to secure an internship placement in the firm. The programme is divided into
UNDERGRADUATE SELECTION PROCESS
Stage 1: Online Application Form
This should be completed on the company website and is your chance to tell us about yourself, including your academic background, relevant employment history, and work experience.
Stage 2: Online Essay Assessment
Upon review of your application, you will receive an email with an Essay question centered around the Core values of the firm. The essay is to be completed and sent back as stated in the question. It is designed to ensure your values are aligned with that of the firms.
Stage 3: Telephone Interview
Upon successful completion of the essay assessment, a prescheduled telephone interview with a recruiter will be held. It will consist of a mixture of competency-based questions, and other questions centered around information enlisted on your CV regarding Work Experience and Education. This way, we can get to know you and you can get to know us.
Stage 4: Offer Letter
An offer letter will be sent to you, with clarification on your preferred unit, start and end dates.
GRADUATE AND PRE-NYSC SELECTION PROCESS
Stage 1: Online Application Form

Stage 2: Aptitude Test
This is a test designed to explore the candidates knowledge and skillset on suitability for the job. The test is GMAT based.
Stage 3: Situational Judgment Test
The essence of a Situational Judgment Test (SJT) is to assess how you will approach various scenarios that may potentially occur within the KPMG workspace. For each situation, a number of responses will be provided and candidates must judge the most effective course of action.
Stage 4: Interview
The interview process consists of an:
Assessment Center and One-on-One Interview
This is a combination of tasks and activities including group activities that test your overall suitability for the job with an interview to determine if you are the right candidate for the job.
