The Federal Government of Nigeria upgraded the Nigeria Police Academy Wudil- Kano State, to a degree – awarding institution in 2012 and the National Universities Commission, accordingly, recognized the Academy as the thirty-seven (37th) Federal University and the one hundred and twenty fourth ( 124th) University in Nigeria. Admission into the school is strictly based on candidates weighting in the selection examination and each state of the federation is given 12 slots. Your performance must be among the first 12 in your state to be considered for merit admission.
