Delta State Governor, Ifeanyi Okowa has ordered the closure all schools in the state following the 48 hour curfew declared  from 6 pm today, October 22.

The Government of delta state has postponed resumption of schools in the state till Monday, November 2nd 2020.

This is coming after the peaceful #EndSARS protest on Wednesday night took a violent turn in Delta State after thugs set fire to government offices and properties in Asaba, the state capital.

He further appealed to parents and guardians to ensure that their children and wards were properly accounted for.
