This is to inform all staff and students of The Oke-Ogun Polytechnic, Saki (TOPS) that the management of the reputable institution has published an amended academic calendar for the 2019/2020 session. The breakdown of the calendar is as follows;

Below is Calendar for Oke-Ogun Polytechnic, Saki.

FIRST SEMESTER
 

• 28th September to 16th October 2020: Remaining lectures for ND II returning from SIWES
• 28th September to 9th October 2020:
• Lectures/test for HND II and ND II students not affected by SIWES
• Completion of registration (2weeks)
• 9th October 2020: Closure of admission portal & payment (2weeks)
• 12th to 23rd October 2020: Tutorial for HND II and ND II students not affected by SIWES
• 26th October to 6th November 2020: First-semester examination (2weeks)
• 9th to 20th November 2020: Marking and grading of examination script (2weeks)
• 23rd to 27th November 2020: Consideration of the first-semester result by the academic board
•  27th November 2020: End of the first semester for the 2019/2020 academic session
   

SECOND SEMESTER
 

• 30th November 2020: Resumption date for all students
• 30th November to 11th December 2020: The registration period for all students(2weeks)
• 14th to 18th December 2020: Late registration (1week)
• 14th to 24th December 2020: Second-semester lectures (2weeks)
• 25th December to 1st of January, 2021: Christmas & new year break (1week)
•  4th January to 26th February 2021: Second-semester lecture continue (8weeks)
• 1st to 12th March 2021: Second-semester examination (2weeks)
•  15th to 26th March 2021: Marking and grading of examination script (2weeks)
•  29th March to 2nd April 2021: Consideration of second-semester result by the academic board
•  2nd April 2021: End of the second semester for 2019/2020 academic session
