Applications are invited  from qualified candidates for the National Diploma (ND) Post UTME Screening Forms and Higher National Diploma (HND) Screening Application for the Federal Polytechnic, Idah 2020/2021 academic session.

FPI NATIONAL DIPLOMA

ELIGIBILITY

• All candidates who took the Federal Polytechnic, Idah as their Institution of choice.
• Candidates who obtained the minimum cut-off mark/score of 140 in the 2020/2021 UTME.
• Candidates who have the required relevant credit passes as contained in the JAMB brochure

APPLICATION GUIDELINE

1. Candidates are expected to make a payment of two thousand naira (?2,000.00) only.
2. Candidates are advised to visit The Federal Polytechnic, Idah website, i.e., www.fepoda.edu.ng and follow the steps below to make payment on-line, Click here to apply, fill their details and print out the screening slip:
   1. click on “Screening Payment”;
   2. fill the form with valid e-mail address and password containing at least eight(8) characters in alphabets and numbers and print out the Payment Invoice with Remita Retrieval Reference (RRR);
   3. take the printed Payment Invoice to any bank for the payment of the two thousand naira (?2000.00); and
   4. go back to the School website to complete the registration with the following data by clicking on “Finish Registration”.
      • JAMB Registration Number, JAMB Score, State of Origin, First, Second, and other choices of courses;
      • Upload passport-sized photograph of not more than 22kb in size; and
      • Print out the form (Admission Screening Details).

HND ADMISSION REQUIREMENTS

The minimum entry requirements for admission into the Higher National Diploma programmes are-as follows:

1. The National Diploma in the relevant field with a minimum of Lower Credit grade obtained from a recognized Institution, and a minimum of one-year post qualification experience. In exceptional cases, candidates with pass grade and a minimum of two years post qualification experience in the specific field maybe considered for admission.
2. In addition, candidates must possess Five (5) relevant credit passes, including Mathematics and English Language at the SSCE, GCE, NECO, NABTEB and other O/L equivalent qualifications obtained at not more than two (2) sittings.
3. All candidates including ND graduates from Federal Polytechnic Idah are to upload their results and forward same with their academic transcripts and confidential report to the Registrar for admission purposes.

HND APPLICATION GUIDELINE

The following procedures are to be followed:

1. Log on to the address www.fepoda.edu.ng
2. Click on the On-line Application Tab
3. Fill the form with valid e-mail address and password containing eight (8) characters in alphabets and numbers and print out the Payment Invoice with Remita Retrieval Reference (RRR) Number.
4. Take the printed Payment Invoice to any Bank for the payment of Five Thousand Naira (N5,000.00) only using the Remita.
5. Go back to the School website to complete the registration by clicking on “Finish Registration”.
6. Print out the Application Form, Confidential Report and State of Origin documents

NOTE: 

• Screening exercises for the HND candidates will take place at the Federal Polytechnic, Idah and on a date to be announced later. Candidates are to check the Polytechnic website for updates from 2^nd November, 2020.
• Candidates are advised to come with their writing materials for the test.
• The Federal Polytechnic, Idah does not condone any form of falsification of results as candidates involved will automatically be disqualified.
