All Higher National Diploma students of Federal Polytechnic Ilaro who were admitted for the 2023/2024 academic session are hereby notified of the guidelines for their registration, Bank, and procedures for tuition fee payment. The school management has released official banks where students can perform their registration transactions. Also, FED POLY Ilaro has a school portal for ND student registration.

The Acceptance fee for students offered admission into FEDPOLY Ilaro 2023/2024 is 33,000 thousand naira, students are expected to accept their admission before the 15^th of October 2023.

Below is a breakdown of the steps for the FED POLY ND Registration 2023/2024 academic session, students are expected to follow this procedure to complete their registration:

1. Visit the institution portal www.federalpolyilaro.edu.ng.
    
2. Select check admission status by using your application number and RRR number used to obtain the form or screening results.
    
3. Click on Generate invoice/make payment of Acceptance Fee.
    
4. Print the invoice generated and proceed to any of the designated banks for payment.
    
5. After payment of the acceptance fee, candidates should go back to the portal and input the RRR number to print the School Admission Letter and Acceptance Fee Receipt.
    
6. Proceed to the portal to generate a School Fees Invoice and proceed to any of the designated banks for payment.
    
7. Input the RRR number obtained for the payment of school fees to print the School Fees Receipt.
    
8. Complete the bio-data and fill out the Course Registration Forms.
    
9. The matriculation number is assigned after payment of school fees.
    
10. Fill in other credentials and other information e.g. Certificate of Local Government/State of Origin, Birth Certificate, etc.
     
11. Fill in the appropriate courses for the session.

Procedures for Federal Polytechnic Ilaro HND Students Registration:

Continue HND students of Federal Polytechnic Ilaro are expected to do the following below:

• Print hard copies of the course registration form filled online and submit Four (4) copies, alongside other relevant documents (SSCE, Certificate of Local Government Origin, Birth Certificate for ND students) while the HND students should add a Certificate of Completion of One Year Industrial Attachment and ND Notification of Result.
