HOW TO APPLY 

1. Candidates should visit the application portal  to generate an invoice.

2. With the generated invoice candidates are required to purchase the form at the designated banks:  Microfinance, FCMB or any other banks that partner with fedpolyoko school or through the use of remitta, and make a payment of Two thousand Naira (NGN 2,000.00) only .A Payment receipt will be issued to you.

3. Return to the online portal to complete your registration with the following credentials:

1. Jamb Result
2. O’Level Result
3. Passport Photograph
4. Local Government Identification Letter
5. First School Leaving Certificate
6. Birth Certificate
7. Testimonial ( Primary Or Secondary)

4. Print out your acknowledgement slip
