The NIgerian Army is inviting interested and qualified Nigerian by birth to the online registration for the 2020 Direct Short Servicee Commission (DSSC) and Short Service Combatant Commission (SSCC) which commences immediately.
QUALIFICATION/ELIGIBILITY
- Applicants MUST be Nigerian citizen by birth.
- Height of 1.68m and above for male and 1.65m for female
- Applicants MUST be medically and physically fit
- Applicants MUST be free of any criminal conviction(s) from court of law
- Applicants within the ages of 23 and 27 by January 2021
- Applicant MUST have a valid birth certificate endorsed by National Population Commission, Hospital or Local Government Council or valid age declaration
- Applicants MUST have at least first degree and not less than Second Class Lower Division or HND at not less than Lower Credit for arts, sciences or humanities from accredited institution of learning
- Applicants must submit Letter of Attestation from their former institutions
- Applicants MUST not have Tattoos on their skin
- Applicants MUST have finished NYSC, with NYSC discharge certificate or a valid certificate of exemption.
- Candidates must not be members of any cult/secret society/fraternity.

- Applicants should fill the online forms and upload the following documents:
- Passport photograph
- Educational Certificates
- Certificate of State of Origin
- Birth Certificate or Age declaration
- Applicants must print out their online generated photo-slip after completion of application
- .A Registrar of any Court of Law MUST sign on the first page
- The applicants Local Government Chairman/Secretary or any military officer of the rank of Lieutenant Colonel or its equivalent and above (native of the applicants state of origin) MUST sign on the second page
