The management of Ignatius Ajuru University Port Harcourt has expressed its complete rejection of Lecturers compelling students to purchase their textbooks.

The management said it not against the sale of textbooks published by the lecturers, but it wont condone lecturers enforcing these terms on students that without purchasing their published textbooks, they wont be permitted to write examinations or tests.

The school management, therefore, wishes to inform lecturers to desist from that act and Any lecturer engaged in such act will be punished. Please take note and comply accordingly.
