The cost of UTME registration has now been raised by JAMB. The following is the new cost, per the announcement made by the boards official X (formerly Twitter) handle: The 2024 UTME registration fee is N7,700 (WITH MOCK) or N6,200 (WITHOUT MOCK). Additionally, the fee for foreign candidates application materials has been set at $30. On or before January 15, 2024, we anticipate that the board will release information about the registration details along with a breakdown of the costs.

The registration period for the 2024 Direct Entry application documents sale has also been announced by JAMB. Starting on Wednesday, February 28, 2024, and lasting until Thursday, March 28, 2024, is when the DE sale will take place.

The board also declared that work on creating profile codes is still in progress. Details on this will be given later, prior to the start of registration on January 15, 2024.
