2. Click on “Create an account”
3. Enter email address
4. Confirm the email address
5. Enter the mobile number you used to register JAMB

10. Click on “verify email”

Peradventure you forget your password to your JAMB CAPS, how do you change it, below are the steps to reset your JAMB portal Login.

1. Visit https://efacility.jamb.gov.ng/login
2. Click on “forgot password”
3. Enter the correct email address, you used to create the account
4. Click on submit to proceed
5. JAMB portal automatically sends you a password to your email address
6. Copy the password from your email address
7. Visit the JAMB portal
8. Enter your registration number and the new password to proceed.

How to apply for change of course. institution, name, and other documents on the JAMB portal

1. Login to your JAMB CAPS
2. Click on “Application of Correction of data”
3. A dropdown will appear, where you will see “Course/institution”, “Name” “Date of Birth”, “Gender”, and “State/LGA of origin”.
4. Select the one you wish to change
5. Select “examination year” eg. 2024 UTME
6. Enter your “registration number”
7. Click on the search details
8. After details have been retrieved by the JAMB portal, You will be directed to make payment through remita platform.
9. Go to a nearby JAMB office to effect the change.
