Lagos State Government has indefinitely shut down all schools in the state because of the END SARS Protest.

This was made known by the Commissioner for Education Folasade Adefisayo on Monday,19 October during a press briefing. She stated that the safety of pupils, students, staff, and parents was paramount to the government at a sensitive time as this. 

The Government has directed that all pupils and students of both private and public are to stay at home, this measure was put in to help in securing students, The Government has assured to announce a new resumption date in due time
