The management wishes to inform the public, especially candidates who are interested in gaining admission to the Lagos State University of Science and Technology in Ikorodu for the 2023/2024 academic session, are hereby informed that registration will commence from 12am on Friday 18th August 2023 and end on 3rd September 2023. Candidates are to note that the cost of the application is 2,000 Naira. See the Procedure for applying below:

ELIGIBILITY FOR SCREENING:

(i) Only applicants who selected the Lagos State University of Science and Technology as their first-choice institution in the 2023/2024 UTME, achieved a minimum UTME score of 180, and have the required OLevel subjects at credit level from a maximum of two (2) sittings are qualified for admission to the university.

(ii) ALL Direct Entry candidates aiming to be considered for admission to the Lagos State University of Science and Technology for the 2023/2024 Academic Session must have obtained a Direct Entry Form from the Joint Admissions and Matriculation Board (JAMB) and must have designated Lagos State University of Science and Technology as their primary choice institution. These candidates are also required to apply for the screening process.

(iii) Only individuals who can substantiate their assertions of being from Lagos State, whether they are applying for 100 level or through Direct Entry, and have effectively demonstrated this to the State of Origin Verification Committee (SOVC) established by the Lagos State University of Science and Technology, will be permitted to engage in the Online Admission Screening Exercise.

Procedure for the LASUSTECH POSTUTME application:

Applicants are required to submit a payment of two thousand Naira (N2000.00) exclusively to the Lagos State University of Science and Technology via this provided link: http://lasustech.edu.ng. 

General Information:

Before finalizing the online application form, each candidate must meet the OLevel prerequisites for their chosen program.

(ii) It is mandatory for ALL candidates to upload their OLevel results on the JAMB Central Admissions Processing System (CAPS).

Kindly be aware that the screening procedure does not necessitate the candidates in-person attendance at the University Campus.
