Qualifications and Criteria:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Finance, Economics, or a related field.
- Proven experience of 4-6 years in Business Development or a related role within the banking industry.
- Solid understanding of corporate finance, financial analysis, and risk management principles.
- Exceptional communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills.
- Demonstrated ability to identify and cultivate new business opportunities.
- Successful track record in closing deals and meeting sales targets.
- Robust organizational, time management, and problem-solving skills.
- Fluency in English is required, and proficiency in Hausa is advantageous.

Responsibilities:
- Create and put into action a thorough business development plan to meet revenue growth objectives and sales targets.
- Determine and screen possible corporate clients, such as big businesses, international organizations, and governmental bodies.
- Establish trusting bonds with influential people and key decision-makers in the targeted industries.
- Create and deliver persuasive sales proposals that highlight the goods and services offered by our bank.
- Work with corporate clients to negotiate and close deals while adhering to the banks risk appetite and legal specifications.
- Maintaining and growing current client relationships while making sure they are satisfied and stay with you.
- Keep an eye on competitor activity and market trends to spot new business opportunities.
- Report on sales results and business development initiatives regularly.
