The Government of Ogun State has ordered the closure of schools due to the #EndSars Protest, The Governor of Ogun State, Dapo Abiodun disclosed this on Tuesday at a press conference in Okemosan, Abeokuta. He directed that all schools be closed down till October 26th, 2020.

According to the Governor, the closure of schools is necessitated following cases of violence arising from the ongoing #EndSARS protest across the state.

He however reiterated the commitment of his administration is doing all they can to identify with the demands of the protesters.
