Prospective Candiadtes are hereby informed that the management of  St. Louis School of Midwifery Zonkwa has released her admission form into the institution, Therefore candidates who are required to purchase the Application Form as the deadline form application is  8th January 2021.

Duration Of the Program is Three(3)Years.

Eligibility:
 

• Candidate must posses a minimum of 5 credits in  in WAEC, NECO, GCE in not more than two sittings, Credit subject must  include English language, Mathematics, Biology, Chemistry and Physics. 
• Candidates must be between ages of 18 - 30 years by March 2021

Procedures For Applying:

Forms can be obtained from the following centers

St. Geralds school of nursing kakuri, kaduna 
St. Louis School of midwifery Zonkwa 

On payment of non-refundable fee of seven thousand Naira (#7000)only.

Completed Application forms must be returned to the secretarys office on or before 11th January 2021.

The date for entrance examination --- 14th January 2021
