The University of Oregons International Cultural Service Program (ICSP) is a scholarship program for international students who demonstrate financial need and exceptional merit. The program provides recipients with a partial tuition scholarship and the opportunity to participate in cultural exchange activities within the Eugene-Springfield community.
Eligibility:
- Be an international student with a minimum GPA of 3.5.
- Not be a U.S. citizen, U.S. permanent resident, or eligible to receive U.S. federal financial assistance.
- Demonstrate sufficient financial resources in addition to the scholarship.
- Be admitted or admissible to the University of Oregon.
Benefits:

Responsibilities:
- Complete 66-80 hours of cultural service per year.
