University of Oregon International Cultural Service Program 2024

The University of Oregons International Cultural Service Program (ICSP) is a scholarship program for international students who demonstrate financial need and exceptional merit. The program provides recipients with a partial tuition scholarship and the opportunity to participate in cultural exchange activities within the Eugene-Springfield community.

Eligibility:

  • Be an international student with a minimum GPA of 3.5.
  • Not be a U.S. citizen, U.S. permanent resident, or eligible to receive U.S. federal financial assistance.
  • Demonstrate sufficient financial resources in addition to the scholarship.
  • Be admitted or admissible to the University of Oregon.

Benefits:

  • Partial tuition scholarship for up to 12 terms.

  • Build relationships with other international students and community members.

Responsibilities:

  • Complete 66-80 hours of cultural service per year.
  • Attend mandatory program meetings and workshops.
  • Maintain a good academic standing.

  1. Apply for admission to the University of Oregon.
  2. Complete the ICSP scholarship application.
  3. Submit two letters of recommendation.
