University of Reading through the African Real Estate Society (AfRES) is offering one full fee waiver to an African student for one of the  Real Estate & Planning postgraduate programmes 2024/2025

Students must have an offer to study one of the Real Estate & Planning postgraduate programmes at the University of Reading before applying for a scholarship.

Fields of Study: 

• MSc Real Estate and
• MSc Real Estate Finance

Requirements for University of Reading African Real Estate Society (AfRES) Scholarships

• All Africa domiciled offer holders who have applied for the MSc Real Estate or MSc Real Estate Finance who have not previously studied outside their home country.

Selection Process

Criteria:

• All Africa domiciled offer holders who have applied for the MSc Real Estate or MSc Real Estate Finance who have not previously studied outside their home country.
• Shortlisting and selection are based on academic merit and the candidates responses to the questions in the application form.
• If offered a scholarship it must be accepted within 4 weeks of the scholarship offer date. After this deadline, scholarship offers may be withdrawn and reallocated.
