Consequenty, the Corona Virus Pandemic has caused a global shot-down to employment. Most employees have as a matter of fact, retrenched her workforce to withstand the emerging global economic downslide.

However, some employers are ceasing this opportunity to manpower their operations for this period and after. They have resorted to online employment and Virtual Interview to recruiting staff.  Also, some companies are currently working from home, meetings are done, jobs are delivered online, board meetings, etc. Most of which are done with just a laptop or phone. This article will also be helpful to this class of people.

Before the commencement of the interview, ensure that there is no standing or incoming distraction. Possibly lock your door, put the kids away, ensure the noise level is almost zero and be audible enough.

 

5. TEST YOUR TECHNOLOGY

 Virtual interview is basically the use of technology for interview. These includes: Laptop/phone, power supply, Headphone/earphone etc. Before the commencement of the interview, ensure all devices are functional, a durable power supply, and an audible headphone.
